Sobeys is implementing its annual price freeze on thousands of food items during the holiday season to address consumer concerns about inflation.

This year, Sobeys will hold prices steady on the entirety of its packaged goods offerings until at least January, including cancelling planned price increases on about 1,700 items.

Sobeys has plans to continue stabilizing food prices beyond February, but details have not been provided. [ more ]
